Led by our own mission member, Anne Dice, this will be a 5 month project
helping needy residents in Los Cocos de Jacagua ( a rural area outside of
Santiago) from February to June, 2008. Your financial donations are needed
to provide:
*Renovating homes in poor condition- You can purchase a cinderblock
for $5, a window for $50, a door for $75, a wall for $200 or rehab an
house for $1,000.
*A reforestation campaign - a fast-growing tree can be purchased for $10
*An evangelism campaign- 100 Spanish tracts explaining the plan of
salvation can be purchased for $10
*Teaching ESL (English as a Second Language)- a text book can be
purchased for $16.50
Any building material, tree, tract or text can be purchased in honor of a
loved one as an alternative Christmas gift.
