Our members meet every second Thursday of the month at 9:15 am in the Stainton Room. We discuss new ways to reach out to visitors and go over updates for Visitor Brochures. The meetings are short and friendly.

Welcoming & Connecting

The purpose of the Welcoming and Connecting committee is to make connections with visitors and new members and to actively engage all members in church wide activites.

The Welcoming and Connecting Committee has many ways of welcoming people, they include sending postcards to visitors, making personal contact with visitors, making contact with vistiors to answer any questions they may have, we include new members in church activites with a personal invitation to come.

We created a Welcome Station which provides informational materials for visitors about different areas of the church. We keep the informational pamphlets updated with new church activites.
