Hi everyone I'm back!!

Hi everyone,

I’m here in Smolensk. The flight over was very nice. I was on SAS airline which, was not that much money but great to fly on, I will tell everyone to use it. Each person had a TV at your seat and you could play video games, watch many movies or listen to music. Another cool part was the airplane had a camera outside so you could see what was in front and below the plane. Very cool at take off!

After I got into Moscow, I took the train to Smolensk! I didn’t have as much time as last time so I just got subway to eat on the train. I had very nice people who speak English helping with my bags on the train. I had to bring over two more bags. Sasha said he could not believe I ONLY had two more, this made me very happy. The train was going to Poland, which means only a couple of stops. I got to Smolensk in 5 hours and was able to sleep most of the time!

Friday was my first day here again and I have only been sleeping, looking at my email, and unpacking my bags but not too much because I will be moving into my flat soon. I will go and look at the place tonight with my host family. It has everything a person would need here in Russia, the most important a heater in the house for water. If you have been here before and didn’t have hot water in summer you understand me. Not having hot water in the summer is different from in the winter. It will cost more money each month but I’m willing to give up a movie or something to have the hot water! I will tell you more about it after I see it and send some pictures.

Over the weekend I am hoping to meet up with the youth team from the summer to talk about meeting each week and to get everything together for teaching. Most people didn’t think I was really coming back so most of my plans have been changed. It’s not a big deal just will take a little longer to get it together again but I’m going to jump into it. Sitting around and doing nothing is not me!
